HOW TO USE


In Yemen, Zhug is traditionally used to season and marinade meat like chicken and lamb. It works perfect as well in stews and with vegetables or sprinkled with some olive oil on humus. Zhug also comes in paste form that is based on the dried mix but with onions and tomato paste added to it.
